What happened
I first put a message on your German site about losing the nut. 5 or so days later I hadn’t got a response. I resent the message and was contacted on 4/4/24. The person told me where I could find the info on the kit.He was very helpful. I ordered that day. Unfortunately I never saw a kit with black so I had to order the grey hands. I did get a message that day from your Las Vegas, NV site saying they were processing the order. Same day they sent me an email saying it had shipped and a tracking number. The package was delivered on 4/12/24. Took 8 days to arrive from Las Vegas and the worse part is that I had to pay $10 for parts that were only $5 and were probably less than 6 ounces if that. I still would like to see about getting a black set of hands and am willing to send the grey ones back. Please respond as I was happy with your person when he gave me the advice on how to order but the shipping follow thru was miserable.
