Returns

We’re happy when you’re happy, and we proudly stand behind our products. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return steps

  1. Visit our return page.
  2. Enter your order number and email address, then click Start.
  3. Enter all return details, including which items you would like to return, the return reason, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Then click Submit.
  4. Once your return request is reviewed, we will email you return instructions and the return address.
  5. Please pack the product securely and send it back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or faulty items.
  6. We will process the refund or exchange once we receive and inspect the returned product. We will inform you via email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
